COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of North-Rhine-Westphalia. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


General

 

Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Proof of (full) vaccination, recovery or a negative antigen test certificate must be presented upon arrival. The test certificate must not be older than 24 hours.

If there is no proof of vaccination or recovery, a retest is required every 4 days.

 

Where are the closest test stations?

 

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask at all times in all public hotel areas.

 

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • Our hygiene measures are signposted and there are clearly visible distance markers on the floor.
  • Public areas are cleaned and disinfected at a higher frequency.
  • Access to lifts is limited to a certain number of people. For more information, please refer to the on-site signage.
  • For the protection of guests and employees, the front desk is secured with acrylic glass panes.
  • In order to minimise contact points and transmission routes, your room is only entered for cleaning after check-out. If you would like to have cleaning inbetween, please reach out to our front desk staff.
  • The rooms are cleaned with certified and virucidal agents after each departure.
  • The minimum safety distance of 1.5 m, as indicated on the signage, is mandatory in all public hotel areas.

Gastronomy

 

Breakfast

We currently offer an extended continental breakfast buffet. Breakfast is served between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. No reservations required.

Breakfast offer:

  • bread and bread rolls
  • cold cuts and cheeses
  • diverse yoghurts
  • fruit salad
  • muesli/cereals
  • different fruit juices
  • boiled eggs
  • coffee/tea

 

Dinner

Please note, that the restaurant and bar remain closed until further notice.

 

Room service

Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice.

 

Half board

Unfortunately we do not offer half board at this time.


Wellness & Fitness

 

Sauna

Our saunas unfortunately remain closed until further notice.

 

Gym

The gym is also closed for the moment.

Please note, that there are current restrictions concerning the capacity and realisation of meeting and events. Please contact us and we will find the best solution for your needs.
