Frequently asked questions about our hotel

Leave the A3 motorway at the exit Dusseldorf Mettmann and follow the main road B7 for 2.5 kilometers towards Mettmann. Our hotel is located right at the entrance to Mettmann on the left side.

Whether you arrive by car or public transport, you should prepare for a journey time of approx. 50 minutes. Düsseldorf central station (Hauptbahnhof) is about 15 km away from our hotel. Find more details on your arrival here.

The distance from our hotel to Düsseldorf Airport is approx. 15 km. The journey takes about 20 minutes by car or about 50 minutes by public transport. Our front desk staff is happy to provide you with detailed directions.

By car you can reach the exhibition grounds via the A3 motorway  towards Oberhausen. Change to motorway A44 towards Mönchengladbach/Düsseldorf Airport at the junction Ratingen-Ost. Take the exit at Düsseldorf-Stockum. The exhibition grounds are already signposted. The distance is approx. 15 km.
If you are travelling by public transport, take bus no. 738 to Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof central railway station. From there, continue with the underground line 78 to the exhibition grounds (Messe). The journey takes about 50 minutes.

140 on-site outdoor parking spaces are available for € 3.00 per day. Alternatively, you can use the underground car park for € 10.00 per day.

The hotel offers barrier-free access to the front desk, the restaurant and the guest rooms. Our barrier-free rooms are particularly designed for wheelchair users. Please enquire about availability upon booking. We are happy to provide you with further details.

Your hotel room will be available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

One child up to the age of 12 years stays for free in their parent’s room. From the age of 12, we charge an extra fee of € 10.00 per child/night.
